FAQs
What is the difference between a regular ticket and a non-profit ticket?
Regular tickets grant exclusive access to the two business tracks (out of five tracks) on offer during day two of the IDG Summit (16 Oct).Â
Both business tracks address organisational needs: the first equips sustainability and HR leaders in larger corporations with inner development strategies to drive sustainability transformation, while the second helps executives, leaders, coaches, and consultants harness AI and technology to enhance human connection, experiential learning, and collective wisdom.
Are side events included in the Summit ticket price?
IDG-organised side events, such as the online ‘Summit Specials’, are included in the ticket price. Independently organised side events are not included; registration and payment will be handled by the hosts.
When should I get to Stockholm?
We encourage everyone to come to Stockholm on 14 October, to enjoy the amazing city as well as the many independently hosted side events.
Is accommodation included in the Summit ticket price?
Accommodation is not included in the Summit ticket price, and at the moment, we don’t have a hotel partner, but we are working on it. The best for now is for you to search online for accommodation close to the venue (Cirkus) depending on your budget.
Is any food included with the in-person ticket?
An in-person ticket includes three days of access to the Summit in Stockholm, including lunch on October 15 and 16. Morning and afternoon beverages and snacks will also be available.
Will presentations be recorded and available after the event?
All main stage keynotes and day two tracks will be recorded and available through the Summit online platform for 1 year, providing on-demand playback.

I have a promo code, but it doesn’t seem to work.
What you have is an access code that unlocks exclusive discounted tickets! Please input the code into the box ‘Enter access code’ on page 1, not the ‘Promo code’ area on page 2. If you are still having trouble, please email info@innerdevelopmentgoals.com for assistance.
I have bought a ticket to the Summit and would like to have a receipt/invoice with our company details.
Please send an email to finance@innerdevelopmentgoals.org including all of the ticketing and company information, with the subject line: Your name, Summit 2025 Invoice.
I wish to buy a ticket to the Summit, but I would need to pay by invoice.
We issue invoices for a minimum of 1 physical ticket or 5 digital tickets. If this is the case, please send an email to finance@innerdevelopmentgoals.org with information on the tickets required and your company information.
I noticed that VAT is charged automatically. I live outside of Europe. Can you allow me to pay without the VAT fee?
Tickets to conferences are one of several exceptions to the reverse charge rule for VAT. Like hotel, taxi, and restaurant services, they will always be sold with VAT.
I have an in-person ticket but can no longer attend. May I get a full refund or convert my ticket into a virtual one?
Full refunds are offered on tickets up to 30 days prior, after which tickets become transferable only. Please note that Friends [limited availability] tickets are non-refundable, as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of the tickets, and as such are transferable only. Kindly email us at summit25@innerdevelopmentgoals.org with details of your request, and we’ll get back to you at the earliest possibl time.
Are there group discounts available for organisations sending multiple attendees?
We encourage attendees to bring their teams, colleagues, friends or community for a transformational experience together. Discounts are given to groups of 10+. Please email summit25@innerdevelopmentgoals.org to inquire about group offerings.
What is the deadline for purchasing tickets?
Tickets can be purchased up to the day of the event (15 October). However, we encourage you to secure your in-person ticket as soon as possible for the most favourable rates, as seating is limited and Summit track registrations need to be secured ahead of the event date.
