To and From the Airport
Beware of the taxi scammers waiting at the airport for unsuspecting tourists. Unofficial taxis masquerading as taxi companies will charge absurd prices, therefore always enquire about the cost before getting in the taxi. Only use reputable companies like ‘Taxi Stockholm’ or download the Uber application for peace of mind.
Arlanda Airport
Airport Express Train (Arlanda Express): Book tickets in advance on the Arlanda Express website or app for discounted fares. Tickets can also be purchased at the airport terminal.
Airport Coaches (Flygbussarna): Book tickets online through the Flygbussarna website or app. Tickets are also available at the airport terminals and onboard (cashless payment only).
Bromma Airport
Taxi services and public transport options are available from Bromma Airport to central Stockholm. Use taxi apps or hail a taxi at the designated taxi stands.
Moving Around Stockholm
Public Transport
Purchase SL Access cards at ticket offices, SL Centers, or machines located at metro stations, bus terminals, and some tram stops. You can also buy tickets via the SL Access app. For route planning and real-time information, use the SL Journey Planner app or website.
